This fall lager highlights our local agriculture by bringing harmony between rich, lightly kilned rye, bright floral Cascade hops, and an expressive strain of Czech lager yeast. Double-decocted to enhance its malt complexity.
Cascade-hopped throughout the boil for balance, and fermented with Czech lager yeast for subtle yet bright characteristics.
Brewed with 100% malt sourced from Hudson Valley Malt in Germantown, NY, where owners—Dennis and Jeanette—hand-malt small batches with care and craftsmanship.

Because of New York State alcohol regulations, our beer is available for local pickup only at the brewery. We’re not licensed to ship beer at this time.
The good news? Both beer and merch are available for local pickup — and our merch can also be shipped anywhere, so you can still rep the flock from afar.
